While some people find support from those closest to them, it's not always the case for some other people. Especially in a world where the default is to hit the drive-through and decompress in front of the tv, perusing a healthy lifestyle isn't the norm for most people. So it's only understandable that you may experience some resistance from others in your pursuits, to no fault of their own.
