Description
Today I'm getting personal and sharing my history with cravings, occasional binges, and overeating. I start from the beginning and how my upbringing impacted my diet habits into adulthood; I share how my appetite and competitiveness as an athlete perpetuated my binge eating and drinking and the startling "A-HA" moment that encouraged me to change my life. But even when that happened, it wasn't totally smooth sailing. I hope my story gives you some inspiration and hope that there's a way out of the cycle and a path to more confidence, control & a higher quality of life.
