Everyone gets to the point in their coaching career where they realize they can’t do it all, right? For me, that moment was when I was still a full-time photographer, juggling 2 kids at home, heading into the pandemic, and coaching on the side. It just wasn’t sustainable.
I knew something needed to change, and that meant outsourcing. I hired a couple of VAs and even an OBM, and none of them were the right fit. I needed someone who was good with strategy, tech-savvy, and could clean up the dumpster fire of everything on the back end. That’s when Kimi came into my life and she's been the absolute perfect fit for me and my business.
