I've been keeping this one up my sleeve for a long time…
And now that David is about to hit 20kg of fat loss,
It's time I pumped his tyres in a big FKIN way.

I always say that a man will ONLY change
When the pain of staying the same,
Is bigger than the pain of changing
✅ The pain of eating better
✅ The pain of walking more
✅ The pain of going into a gym and feeling like a FKIN idiot that doesn't know what he's doing…
Dave was with Better Body Academy for 6 months,
And to be honest, nothing much changed,
Because he did not fully commit.
