Not feeling great today.. I have completed my check in this morning as I forgot yesterday and to be honest I'm over it. I know you say trust the process but I'm finding it so hard. I just seem to be going up on the numbers or nothing at all and it's been approx 4 weeks now. I would have thought I'd see some sort of progress 😭 I know i haven't been to the gym just yet but I've been hitting my steps and eating 95% to my meal plan. I haven't hit my protein every. Single. Day but I've been close and sometimes I'm under on my calories.
What am I doing wrong??
Is it because I'm not at the gym doing weights? You say that a majority of weightloss is diet?
Ahhh feeling very defeated, please help ♥
