Description

The healthcare field is always evolving, and has dramatically changed over the last few years. Looking at the whole person and helping people get (and stay) healthy is needed now, more than ever. In today's episode, Dr. Deborah Morrone, D.C., shares her story of starting her non-traditional chiropractic business from scratch, as well as other leadership roles she's been active with. Many of her educational pursuits have been guided by her own "dramas and traumas", and they have been chosen based on her own personal experience with illness and injury, and researching ways to get and keep herself healthy.

Dr. Deb truly cares about her patients, and she loves helping them solve problems by actually getting to the root of the issue. She is leading in healthcare and putting people first by using her unique strengths and resources.

About Dr. Deborah Morrone:

Dr. Deborah Morrone (known as "Dr. Deb") has been living and practicing in Frederick, MD since 2002. She always planned on a career in healthcare, but chose Chiropractic because of its "whole person" approach to improving health, instead of attempting to manage symptoms with medication and surgery. Everyone has unique factors that affect their health, and she enjoys learning as much as possible about those who seek her help to maintain a healthy, active life.

Dr. Deb loves working with people who take an active role in improving their health. She firmly believes in a "team approach" to healthcare, collaborating with other members of your healthcare team to help you achieve your goals. She enjoys studying current research and learning new healing techniques and protocols in order to provide the best advice and options for her patients.

"Healthcare has evolved, lifestyles have evolved, and stress factors have evolved. Being on top of what's affecting people's lives at any given moment is really important. I hear a lot of people saying they're looking for a doctor that listens. I really try to listen to the story, because that's where the clues are, and we can go from there to figure out how to best help them".
