Alyssa is a certified personal traininer with nearly a decade of experience working with clients in a range of settings. She is also a Dietetics Masters degree candidate at Kansas State University with plans to become a registered dietitian.  

We start the episode with a deep dive into how diet and exercise can positively impact societal health trends before jumping into a discussion how people can implement a healthy changes in their own lives.
