Me and my wife recently finished the show, "The Food That Built America" and it's been really interesting to go back and feel nostalgic about the foods we grew up eating and everything that went into building McDonald's, Burger King, etc. I bring this up because I had an extremely fast metabolism as a kid and could eat anything and not gain weight. That changed and there were certain lessons I learned that helped me get the body I want and has helped our clients achieve the same dream.
