Description

It's been a couple of weeks since the article appeared in The Atlantic written by Emily Oster, headlined:

LET'S DECLARE A PANDEMIC AMNESTY -We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID.
A deeper examination shows that there is no admission of guilt and still an unwillingness to admit that the whole situation should never happen.

It is no surprise that the answer was almost exclusively No.
Why? I don't believe the people choosing to oppose the sentiment of the article are mean spirited, they are good heart-centered people who knew something was wrong and sounded the alarm to try to alert friends and family to what they saw as what may be recorded as the greatest fraud perpetrated on humankind.

Can we forgive them because they are foolish? Can we forgive the liars who created this? Not for their sakes but our own. To release the charge their behavior has on us so we are free to live unencumbered by hatred and bitterness.

Psychologists generally define forgiveness as a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve your forgiveness.

Included is a Dark to Light meditation. This practice combines the Solfeggio Frequency 417Hz - the frequency of releasing negativity, renewal, and rebirth - with deep belly breathing and visualization to release the darkness and amplify the light that is in you always.
