ABOUT JASON RICHARDSON

Jason is a highly accomplished aviator with a proven track record of success in leading military pilot training, flight safety, and maintenance organizations. He began his career in the United States Air Force, where he gained extensive experience and expertise in aviation operations and management. Currently, Jason serves as a mentor at Spitfire Elite Consulting, where he provides guidance and leadership development to aviation professionals. Prior to this, he held positions as a first officer at both American Airlines and Delta Airlines, where he honed his skills as a skilled and experienced pilot. In addition to his aviation expertise, Jason has also contributed to national security and defense strategy development. During his tenure at The Joint Staff, he played a key role in developing the 2022 National Defense Strategy and integrating warfighting concepts across multiple Department of Defense strategic documents.
