Idea #1, be a part of the sharing economy, share your boat your RV, an extra room in your house. You're swimming, pool your basketball court, your tennis court, whatever by sharing and allowing other people to rent those on the apps, the Airbnb, simply a lot of great apps like that. You can make a lot of money, my wife and I rent our pool during the summer and almost cover the mortgage.
