In this #PFT, as some new change is on the horizon, the ever revolving quest for validation begins. Change is scary. It comes with the territory. One thing I'm realizing is with that fear comes a little bit of loneliness. When we are in uncharted territory, way outside of our current comfort zone, it feels much safer when we receive the validation we need. Funny thing it's never there when we need it. In this episode, I share this viscious but necessary cycle of yearning for outside validation to self-validation that surprises us when we least expect it.
