Description

It’s that time of year again and it can be so tempting to get in on the “black friday sale” hype… but if you’re slashing prices without slashing the time or effort it takes for you to make it happen, is it really worth it? You do NOT want to ride the highs and lows of inconsistent income, so DON’T make it harder on yourself by offering one time deals (or birthday sales like I did). Today we’re diving into HOW and WHY to run a sale, including making sure it's for the right market, it’s not devaluing your time, and it aligns with your timeline and goals. We’re going to talk through how to craft an offer at a lower price point and how to use your marketing funnels and back-of-house automation to turn those bargain hunters into consistent clients.

This episode is for you if…

…your client retention rate is LOW AF because people don’t stick around after your “BOGO” offer

…you are wasting time and flying by the seat of your pants trying to onboard new clients immediately instead of setting them up with a program that values your time

…you really can’t afford to offer your services at a lower price point, but feel the pressure to get a holiday sale out to unvetted and flaky leads
