Taking little bits of poor diet information from magazines, influencers, or even your parents: let's just be honest that it isn't getting you anywhere. In fact, you've been sleepwalking through life to the point of being disgusted with your lifestyle. Unfortunately, generalized band-aids aren't working. Nutrition isn't just "slash + burn your calories" or going into a deficit without safely evaluating where you're currently at.
 
You might feel like you've "tried everything" to achieve your goal physique but the reality is that you're just avoiding the education + work needed on a personal level to make it happen. These types of avoidant behaviors will never get you to the place you want to be. For the general population, that yo-yo mentality of half-assing at the gym and eating junk all night (while lying to yourself + others that you eat healthy *most* of the time) will never allow you to see true progress.
