Jordan and Mike are the founders of Code 4 Collective and Mindfully Mindless Collective. Mike was born and raised in North Dakota and he joined the National Guard and military police and was deployed to Iraq in 2008. Jordan grew up in Nebraska and went to school for aviation to become an airtraffic controller but pivoted to management and now works in a corporate job. In this episode they will talk about how they met, got married, and had a child, as well as their work in raising awareness about mental health in law enforcement.
