Today is Memorial Day in the US, a day to remember and honor members of the military who died during service to the United States of America.
Sara shares a personal story about her grandfather, Donald MacDonald, a veteran of the Korean War. His service resulted in a surprise connection point with a client, proving that sometimes dropping our guard just a little bit and embracing our mushier sides gives others permission to do the same.
