After taking a week off so Mike and Bryan could focus on the NPTE, the gang is back talking about a new article: "Adaptations in athletic performance and muscle architecture are not meaningfully conditioned by training free weight versus machine based exercises" by Hernandez-Belmonte et al. This was published in the Scandanavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports in March 2023.
