We are back after a long hiatus due to the vacation, engagement, and a botched recording! Mike and Pat continue the conversation on "Adaptations in athletic performance and muscle architecture are not meaningfully conditioned by training free weight versus machine based exercises" by Hernandez-Belmonte et al. This was published in the Scandanavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports in March 2023.
