Memorial Day. We take the day off from work, Barbecue hot dogs and burgers, we spend time with family, and we knock back a few beers by the pool. But lets not lose sight of the fact that It is the most expensive day of the year, and while you may be paying the bill for this event, at the end of the day, it was paid for with the lives of mothers, daughters, fathers, brothers and sisters of those who wore the uniforms as Marines, Sailors, Soldiers, and Airmen who sacrificed their lives to defend and protect and defend the freedoms we often take for granted.
Yes, We celebrate this day, but also remember, that today is the day take a moment day to remember, and honor their sacrifices.
