It was a pleasure to have a conversation with Dr. Jayanthi about the important topic of injury prevention in junior tennis players. We delved into the various ways in which young athletes can stay safe and healthy while enjoying their favorite sport. With his specialized knowledge and my passion for junior tennis, it was a very informative and eye-opening discussion.
