Sheila Paylan is an Armenian-Canadian international criminal lawyer and human rights expert with more than 15 years of experience advising the United Nations. She has worked on UN criminal tribunals that did prosecutions in the former Yugoslavia, Cambodia, Rwanda, and the Congo to name a few. She now regularly consults for a variety of international organizations, NGOs, think tanks, and governments.
