We're kicking off our study of Philippians by going back to the beginning of their story.
Study of Philippians: The house church at Philippi and beyond with the women who led there.
We're starting in Acts 16. This is part one in our getting to know the individuals who became the living stones who formed the church at Philippi. My daughter Lydia is named after the influential woman Paul met at a prayer gathering. She became Paul's first convert to Christianity in Europe. It seemed fitting to have my daughter join me as we talk about her namesake.
I hope you enjoy this episode and that you will join us for the next few weeks as we get to know the Church at Philippi. Then as we go through Paul's letter to this small but mighty church.
