What is sexual OCD? Is it simply a fantasy that we are obssessing over, or something deeper than that? Each and everyone of us is obsessed with something in one way, shape or form. This doesnt meen that we are acting out our wants and desires to the full extent, this could simply mean we think quite often about these desires and find other ways to distract our minds instead of acting out. Those with sexual OCD will find themselves masturbating more frequently, or wanting to act out physical pain and enflict it onto their sexual partner or even on occasion themselves.
