But it's not. That's toxic positivity.

This episode explores that ideas of toxic positivity, joy, the internal conflict people pleasers feel in pretending everything is okay, and the space it requires to live a life built on a foundation of joy. It’s okay to feel your feelings even when your feelings are heavy. This is your permission to start feeling uncomfortable feelings, because when you give yourself space to feel them, you can move through them and not stay stuck in the hard and heavy.
