Why not take the time to love on you today?

Make time to take breaks, breathe, relax, and chill out.

When you are relaxing, you are not wasting time. You are creating a moment in time.

Hug yourself and blow kisses to God. Kiss your hand.

Spread the love in your heart, mind, and body. It will feel good and make you move better throughout the day and weeks to come.  Have fun loving on God and loving yourself, and then journal your feelings.

Have fun today.
