Today on the podcast, Dr. Cheryl Hardy is speaking to us about self-esteem. Say to yourself today, "I will not allow low self-esteem in my thinking, talking, or walking today."
Here’s an example of Dr. Hardy's three things:
I am Powerful.
I am a Peaceful.
I am Pretty.
Yes, you are powerful, so write down three things that you can do well and work on them within the next two weeks.
Do not be critical, but use critical thinking and focus as you gently make great strides in life. Remember, a setback is a time to reboot and reset. Be strategic, celebrate small successes, and know you are already a winner.
