In today's podcast episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy highlights the importance of showing yourself love. Why not love the body you're in?  Do you take care of it daily?

Dr. Hardy shares five things to do and encourages us to make time at least 3 times a week for this:

  1. Love you – you only one body and you are the one to make moves on this earth
  2. Kiss you-  now feel the love when you take the time to embrace and love
  3. Hug you – squeeze, smile and laugh as you hug the temple where God dwells in.
  4. Write a love letter – Dear Wonderful Person, today is a good day to enjoy life.
  5. Enjoy every minute, moment of the Day – relax and lean into the peace of God.
