Are you a cheerful giver when it comes to making a new path in life? On today's episode of The God and Therapy Podcast, Dr. Cheryl Hardy asks us this question: Are you willing to break some old habits that are clearly not working in your life?

As she was reading a post on Facebook by English for Career; she came across a list that she feels is a good blueprint for life. The following habits stood out to Dr. Hardy:

  1. Practice mindfulness
  2. Read something new
  3. Eat balanced meals
  4. Begin journaling
  5. Drop bad habits
  6. Set new goals
  7. Manage your finances better
  8. Invest
  9. Embrace change
  10. Reflect on your purpose

Now, pick the ones that work for you and go forth and make a move toward those personal goals.

Be a cheerful giver to your heart so it will flow well; to your body to live well and your mind to think well.
