In today's podcast episode, Dr. Cheryl Hardy is sharing and uses an example of depression from a depressed person's perspective.
Depression is common and it can touch anyone at any given time.
Most of the time people suffer in silence when they are depressed.
People often tell a person who’s depressed to get over it and think positively.
This is not easy for many; it is good to give grace, space, and love during this time of struggle.
Let’s think on good things, and walk in forgiveness while experiencing depression.
Philippians 4:8 (NLT)- "And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."
