When depression comes, there are ways to confront it head on and it will not take a lot of effort.
When choosing what to eat, try to eliminate processed foods as much as possible and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Prepare your meals instead of eating out constantly. Go for walks, take to time to breathe, and let the sun shine on your beautiful body. Treat yourself well and nurture your body, for this is the only one you will get. Increase your social skills, for we need community.
