This week's theme is consistency. It's crucial to focus on measurable progress because what isn't tracked over time cannot be assessed. Forget about the latest tricks or magic pills. Instead, get into the gym and master the basics. This approach, often referred to as virtuosity, has been the cornerstone of my fitness journey.

For those who have followed my story, you know I wasn't always strong, fit, or particularly skilled in physical sports. Through years of dedication and unwavering consistency, I've built significant strength. The weight you see in this video used to crush me every time. I attempted this exact lift five times in competition and failed each time. But now, I'm hitting it for a single and probably even a double with ease.

My point isn't to boast or draw attention to myself. Instead, I want to highlight that consistently doing the basics, over and over, is the true key to success.
