But first, a little disclaimer: I actually don't like thinking of our nutrition as "on track" or "off track" but this title was just the easiest way to title the topic. Instead, our nutrition is a series of choices and every choice is a new chance to get back to where you want to be. You have the power to change your trajectory and work towards sustainable nutrition.
