This week, Jo is joined once again by Nikki Wells – Fitness Manager at Harborough Leisure Centre – as well as one of Harborough's expert yoga teachers, Courtney Lee. As it's YOU+ sleep month, they'll be taking us through all the ways yoga can help us sleep better and, subsequently, become a more 'well' version of yourself. We'll be discovering which yoga poses we can practise before bed to help us sleep, take a look at the science behind it all, bust some myths and finally enjoy a guided body scan to help us nod off!
