Is laziness a lie? I think so. In fact, I would argue that laziness is often associated with a deeper issue, such as fear, anxiety, overwhelm, or lack of clarity.
During our 52nd episode (yes, we've been podcasting for a year!), we are talking about how society uses the concept of laziness to shame people and push them toward constant productivity.
I open up about my own personal journey with ADHD and the stigma associated with us being perceived as lazy, as well as the idea that self-worth tends to be tied to productivity and societal expectations.
