Description

What if your highest potential is hidden behind the stress you've been avoiding?

In this enlightening episode of the unPerfected Podcast, Brooke Jean sits down with Dr. Stephanie Van Deynze-Snell. Stephanie is a veterinarian, co-owner of a large veterinary hospital, and a flow-state coach, consultant and speaker. Through Stephanie's 12-year journey scaling her business while also navigating motherhood, she embraced the personal growth needed to allow sustainability in success, and find joy again, in her work and life. Experiencing the struggles many people face, including burnout, she is now on a mission to support others, sharing what she has learned. Recently, this resulted in a strong interest in flow science and research, which studies how to work WITH our biology to thrive. She is on a mission to support high achievers in finding more flow in their day to day lives, reaching higher potentials of performance AND wellness.

When not at work, Stephanie can be found spending time with her family and friends, usually somewhere in nature. She enjoys being active, connecting with people, traveling, and exploring new places, cultures, and ways of living.

Through laughter, metaphors, and mic-drop moments, you'll learn why regulating your nervous system is non-negotiable, how to identify "backward arrows" holding you back, and why rewriting your definition of "easy" is the ultimate act of self-leadership. Whether you're in a messy middle or mapping a new chapter, this episode is your permission slip to flow forward.

Ready to break the cycle of hustle and tap into your highest self? Let's flow.
