In this episode, we explore the unique climate and environmental implications that Black communities across the U.S. face and the importance of centering these experiences in our collective advocacy. We are joined by Jacqui Patterson, Executive Director of The Chisholm Legacy Project, a vehicle to connect Black communities on the frontlines of climate justice with resources and the tools necessary to advance systems change centered on equity and justice. Jacqui provides a deep dive into Black-led climate solutions and community-centered and created policies highlighting the importance of Black leadership in this space.
