Happy Valentine's Day! It's one of our faves, not just for the pink and prettiness - but for those heart-shaped Russell Stover's chocolate boxes! But, there was a time when this day would send us into a 'to-eat or not-to-eat' anxiety spiral over those very chocolates. In today's episode, we explain how labeling foods as 'good' vs. 'bad' actually pushed us towards overindulging in the 'off-limits' treats. We also share a straightforward strategy that helped us kick the guilt and truly enjoy our favorite Valentine's treats.
