We are thrilled to have engineering manager Dmitrii Pokhil with us who is working on an incredibly inspiring mission, to help end the organ transplant waiting list. Dmitrii shares openly about his journey as a manager, how to create a culture of trust and transparency, and owning up to sometimes not getting it right. He shares more around key attributes that set apart high performers and we close the conversation with advice for individual contributors on how to be successful in this remote environment.
