Coming off from discussing Ariel's journey in The Little Mermaid (1989) and The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, join me in this episode as I discuss another Disney Princess associated with the sea, Moana! The eponymous movie follows Moana of the South Pacific island Motunui as she, with the help of an unlikely friend (the demigod named Maui), journeys far beyond her waters to restore the heart of the goddess Te Fiti and save the world from the impending blight. I share my favorite moments from the movie and commend its beautiful, stellar animation and also share a thing or two that I think the movie could have done better. Of course, with it now being September, it is now officially Spooky Season, so I hope that you will join me next time when I tackle one of my all-time favorite movies - The Nightmare Before Christmas!
