You feel vulnerable, and you've you feel like you're a sitting duck. And you feel like you're sitting in your hands. I've heard all ways of putting this feeling to work.

And Yes. You are going to feel like this, but the reason that you feel like this is not your feminine energy but trauma and your wounds coming forward.

Being in your feminine energy is going to allow for all your triggers to come out. It is going to allow for all your traumas to come out and your wounds to come out because you are not hyperactive, masking all your emotions anymore.

Your real feelings are going to come out.
All these being busy, busy, busy Is a survival coping mechanism you have created to cope with your uncomfortable feelings. 

The perfect cover-up for your wounds, your trauma and your hurt feelings. 

So leaning back in your feminine energy is like you were taking the lid off and uncovering the place where you have been stuffing all your real feelings. 

It's going to hurt, and it's going to suck; it's going to feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, which is why most women fail in their attempts to live a feminine energy life.
