Description

Denyse McGriff is the first black, female mayor of an Oregon town in the history of the state. She was elected in 2022 and talks about what it means to live a lifetime of service and care for community, navigate the terrain of elected office, and the experience of being mayor for Oregon's oldest town, Oregon City-the end of the Oregon Trail.
