On this episode, we discuss mindfulness and how it's defined. What is it? What is it's purpose? The goal is for this to be a brief introduction to mindfulness and how it can help with stress relief. As I say in the episode, this is not meant to influence your theology in anyway. We're purely looking at this from a stress-relief perspective.
