The School System: Does it foster or destroy success in the individual?
Aside from our family and childhood community, the school system has more impact on our lives than anything else that touches our lives.
I am blowing the top on the school system in today's episode and sharing some not-so-popular opinions. Then again, I suspect that many people feel this way or, deep down, think that the public school system isn't all it's cracked up to be and has failed them.
Quite frankly, if the school system is actually designed to teach us to be healthy, happy, and wealthy...why are so many people sick, broke, and unhappy?
It doesn't make sense.
In this video, I share more about when and why the public school system was created, some of the many ways it conditions us to be direction takers rather than critical thinkers, and cast doubt on many subjects taught in public schooling. I also shed some light on how if they were trying to make us wise, they would teach xyzzy subjects instead.
Even more important are some of the damaging events that happen in elementary and high school and how we often carry these experiences and harmful opinions of ourselves as life sentences into our adult lives. This part right here can be so liberating to hear.
Anyone who knows my content knows that I have a beef with the education system, and today, I am diving into it.
