In this episode Paul Martell introduces us to an emerging brand called 2nd Family in the Senior Care Space. 2nd Family is a family owned business started by two cousins who found difficulty finding adequate care for their aging grandmother. They found the process tedious and frustrating and before long knew there was a void between what was availalbe in the marketplace and their expectations. 2nd Family was born and now they are expanding their proven model via franchising.
