Description

On this episode of The Retirement Matters Podcast, Dale talks about the number one question you need to know the answer to and that is how much income will you need in retirement! From there, a good retirement advisor should be able to structure a plan that not only tells you how long that money will last, but perhaps maybe even save you from some major market corrections that are sure to come your way if you live long enough. Structuring this plan in a way where you know where you're going is key- you can't hit a target if you can't see the target and that is why it's important to adjust and fix your eyes on a specific income target! Too many retirees are going into retirement, not knowing what their income goals are, and for that reason they will likely never achieve the type of retirement they have always imagined. They will likely live what we call the 'what if' retirement which leads to them never spending all of their money  or at least not the amount of money they could have spent! Don't live a 'what if' retirement- our team can help you!
