Description

A year ago I realized my life had become small. After 5 years of living abroad, dealing with covid and helping my son through recovery, I looked around and realized all I did anymore was work and grocery shop! I was living on the fumes of my monthly book club, with zero other moments of fun or friendship in my daily life. Life felt small and monochromatic.

In this week's episode of Confessions of a Parent Coach, I share my experience of that harsh realization and talk about the importance of fun and enjoyment. Learning to consistently connect with this part of yourself is not a luxury, but actually crucial to mental wellness. In fact, this might be the missing link standing between you and the exact parent your kids need and you most desire to be!

How awesome would it be to parent from that flowy joy? So fun (and btw, so much easier, healthier and effective)! Join me for the Motherhood Untamed retreat and take yourself off of the back burner, rekindle 'fun you', and learn how to BE HER even when you come back home.
