If you havent seen/heard about the new Netflix Documentary "You Are What You Eat", you are about to. This documentary aims to show what happens when you take two identical twins and put one on a vegan diet and one on an omnivore diet. Testing blood work, brain function, aerobic capacity, body composition, and arousal. They did a really good job at uncovering some truths...... they also did a poor job at hiding others. In this episode I'll take you through a more zoomed out look at what this documentary is trying to say, what they got right, and where they missed the mark.
