Mocktails

Classic Martini: Zero-Proof

2 parts zero-proof gin (episode: MONDAY)
1 part vermouth substitute (episode: Optimist Botanical)
1 dash orange bitters or substitute (episode: ginger syrup or juice)
Garnish: lemon wedge

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.
