If your dream has a chance at survival, it needs the energy to make it into reality. That energy is an IT'S POSSIBLE mindset.
In this episode, I talk about how to build a mindset that will go the distance. Our minds and thoughts are often the first thing to throw in the towel. However, the question remains, how do we cultivate a mindset that allows us to push ourselves past our comfort zones and chase our dreams? The truth is, creating dreams and achieving what seems impossible doesn't happen overnight. It takes a lifetime, decades, or years of trial and error, failures, experience, and the courage to go for what we want relentlessly and consistently.
I share my own experience waiting tables at the local Logan's Roadhouse and how it taught me valuable skills I still carry with me today. I talk about the importance of starting small and doing the small things to the best of your ability, even when you want to give up.
I will encourage you to know why what you are doing is important and to give yourself permission to believe in one possibility at a time. Remember, the moment you want to stop is the moment you should keep going.
