5 Key Elements For Goal Setting Framework:

·      A clear goal or desired outcome

·      A routine/schedule/plan around goal

·      Identify your weaknesses

·      Practice self-control & mindfulness

·      Get Focused, be accountable

 

According to author and psychiatrist Phil Stutz– there are three types of self-discipline:

·      Structural Discipline

·      Reactive Discipline

·      Expansive Discipline
